2. Getting a Mortgage
It is essential to secure a mortgage with a lender before starting the searching process. Make sure you know everything there is to know so you can choose the right mortgage for you.

3. Finding your Ideal Property
We all have different ideas about what we are looking for in our ideal property. Number of bedrooms or close to schools, maybe transport links. It is Seekers job to show you the house that ticks all your boxes.
Viewing can be over quickly, so it is essential you know what you are looking for before you reach the front door. You may be viewing several properties so it can become a blur. Take notes and maybe photographs (if allowed).
5. Making the offer
Seekers will ask you to complete an Application to Purchase form. This provides us with the details we need to submit the offer to our clients for their consideration and ensures there is no confusion as to what the offer is and any associated details.
6. Instructing Solicitors
Once your offer is agreed you will need to instruct a solicitor or conveyancer in order to complete the purchase for you. Seekers can provide details of a recommended firm. However, the choice is yours.
7. Moving Day!
This can be both a stressful day and yet a wonderful day, probably both at the same time! The trick is to be organised and your home will feel like your home in no time at all.
