Many people rent their home and there can be a whole range of reasons that make it wise to do so.

Finding a rental property. - Start to look about 6 weeks before you need to move in to a property. This allows time for looking and the administrative procedure to be completed.
How much rent can you afford? - As a rough guide subtract your monthly expenses from you income- the amount left over is the amount you can spend on rent.
Decide what sort of property you want - A house or a flat, do you want furnished or unfurnished ? Is a garage important? maybe a garden.
Generally Seekers have a number of properties to chose from and the staff are trained and ready to help you.
Now book a viewing on properties that may be suitable. If you like it then complete an application form. Reference checks will ned to be done, this includes credit checks so advise Seekers if there are any issues. We will approach your employer for confirmation of income.
Before you move in you will need to pay both deposit and one months rent. Deposit is normally 1.5 times monthly rent. The deposit is held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme against any damages during the tenancy.
You will then sign the lease and move in.
