Louise is professional and caring, with a genuine personal touch that took a lot of the stress out of moving, and meant she made sure we were matched with the property that suited us and the fulfilled the expectations of landlady. After care has been excellent too. I would highly recommend this company.

Victoria has been extremely helpful with all aspects of leaving my current property and moving to a new property.
After a recent move it was clear there was an issue with the windows of the property. Bedroom window had a large gap in the seals allowing wind and rain to 'Howl' through at all times of day and night.
Reporting to Kent Residential was an easy process with an online portal for reports and communications.
Despite taking more than a couple of weeks to get a contractor to repair this window, the level of communication and service provided by Lucy at Kent Residential was outstanding. Lucy kept me informed of every step in the process, chased contractors and landlord daily for updates and displayed true empathy and urgency throughout the process.
