Lucy joined the team at Kent Residential Lettings in December 2023. She brings five years of experience within the industry working previously as a Lettings Consultant, helping Landlord’s find their perfect tenant and tenant’s find their new home. Lucy has extensive knowledge on the Medway area, spending most of her life living in the Medway towns. She is a dedicated individual, committed to providing exceptional service to every client.
Lucy has spent the past year living and working in Dubai. During this period, she spent some time working within the property industry as a Lettings Consultant, broadening her knowledge further. She also spent some time working as a Receptionist, always going above and beyond to provide the best service.
Lucy oversees our landlord’s extensive property portfolios, ensuring their investments flourish. She liases between the tenants and the landlords, organising compliance and all maintenance works carried out on the properties.
