We will show you properties that meet your desires and encourage you to take time to consider all issues.
Once you have placed your one-week holding deposit we will normally reserve the property for you whilst you complete the reference process.
We will take you through our online property application process.
We will need:
Proof of ID for each applicant - ideally a Passport or Driving license.
Proof of Address for each Applicant. This can be a bank statement or utility bill.
You will need to pay one week’s holding deposit.
We will need employment details or if self-employed, a copy of accounts and tax return.
We will need current landlord details, copy of bank statements and 3 years address history.
Now, please do not make moving arrangements until we have confirmed that the reference process has completed.
Once the reference process is completed and the lease is signed we will arrange a time for you to collect your keys. We will ask you for a review!
